But as a family-run business, we’ve been doing a bit of thinking lately about our own memories, too.

Our Commitment to Quality

We are incredibly proud of the work we do. As dedicated craftspeople, we pour a lot of energy into every frame. We ensure we treat every customer like a human being rather than just a number. Our goal is to maintain a high standard of service while keeping our smiles genuine when you walk through the door.

To achieve this, we’ve decided to make a small change to how we operate. This change will help us ensure we have a healthy work-life balance.

What’s Changing in 2026?

We are taking the decision to slightly alter our opening hours for appointments starting in the new year.

• Saturdays: From 2026, we will be reducing our Saturday appointment slots to alternate weeks rather than every week.

• Thursdays: To make sure we are still available when you need us, we will be opening up more Thursday slots later into the evening on selected weeks.

  
  

Why the Change?

Put simply: our family is really important to us. Running a small business is a labour of love, but it can be demanding. By alternating our Saturdays, the team gets to spend a bit more quality time with their own families. This allows us to recharge our batteries so we can come back to the workshop fresh and ready to tackle your projects with the care they deserve.

We hope the new Thursday evening slots will actually be helpful for those of you rushing back from work who find it hard to pop in during the day!
